Managing Partner

Ian’s negotiation and strategy expertise is derived from over a decade of dealmaking experience, leading strategic sourcing and M&A efforts in industry prior to transitioning to management consulting. He specializes in driving growth and enhancing revenue streams in diverse businesses, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. His expertise in leveraging data analytics has consistently improved both top-line and bottom-line results, demonstrating a solid track record in highly competitive environments.

Ian earned a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

KEITH MYERS

Managing Partner

Keith boasts a diversified track record of leadership, having managed both operations and sales teams across energy and industrial sectors before transitioning to management consulting.

His expertise in leveraging data analytics and engineering precision to inform strategic and commercial execution has consistently improved top and bottom-line performance in highly competitive environments.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC-Berkeley.
